I basically define myself as a humanistic and cognitive psychologist, but my curiosity has led me to train in other paradigms that have helped me to confront the conflict from a comprehensive perspective. I think that care does not only occur with psychological intervention, it is also necessary to review what we eat, we are organisms with a biochemistry that conditions us, and sometimes, by modifying our diet we can alleviate the emotional pain we feel or simply feel -we feel more energy to face any conflict that lies ahead. Mindfulness is the tool that I use in this comprehensive intervention, in a transversal way, to get to the essence of each one and promote change. There is nothing like this philosophy to learn the most basic rules of life, without which it is difficult to live calmly. Training to become Mindfulness
