I am a specialist psychologist in emotional management, personality and interpersonal relationships. I am a member of the COPC and qualified as a general health psychologist. I have worked for 14 years assisting people with severe mental disorder and I have been able to be part of the potential that we human beings have to overcome our limitations and difficulties. My approach to therapy work lays its foundation in the cognitive behavioral model but also integrates new third-generation therapies that address emotions and context. I believe in the therapeutic relationship as a space for the healing of wounds or traumas that slow down our development and personal growth. I think that in the framework of therapy we can achieve a higher degree of self-knowledge and acceptance, as well as acquire new tools and skills to face our problems and promote a change in our lives in the desired direction. Psychotherapy is a commitment to yourself.
