Many times I have heard the phrase "buying over the Internet is the most insecure", "no one fulfills what they agree to", and many others, which added to the well-known belief that "everything is FREE on the Internet", immerse to Internet users in a climate of uncertainty and fear.
"How do you explain to your potential clients that this really isn't the case?" (Answering this question could be a challenge and if you are looking for success you will have to face it, hehe).
This was the starting point when I began my meeting with the e-appliances team, a group of professionals in the appliance sector with more than 45 years of experience in the sector. Almost nothing!
And there is his answer: "Our professionals have knowledge about any household product, but here, at e-appliances, we think that knowledge is a stopped engine and that what moves it is attitude, which is why we believe in our web portal. Furthermore "A good product accompanied by a good price and other advantages are the key."
Mmmmmh… a question of attitude! I like it! Lately I think that all the things that surround us carry the brand, the hallmark, the character and the personality of their creators. I can perceive it everywhere: in computers, in clothes, in buildings... I have never noticed it as much as now.
When someone gains your trust in 5 minutes you have a good reason to feel calm. And we hope that the website also reflects this small signal.
