Spotify lands on Windows Phone 7

The Spotify app for Windows Phone devices is now available for download. Users of Microsoft's mobile operating system will be able to access their favorite music anywhere, anytime. In this way, Windows Phone joins the set of mobile operating systems, such as iOS, Android, Symbian and Palm, that already have the music streaming service application in their application store.

Spotify has become one of the most popular music streaming services among users. It began its journey in Europe and this summer it arrived in the United States. One of the advantages of Sportify is that it is not only available through a computer but that users can take their music wherever they want on their mobile devices thanks to the Spotify application.

Created in collaboration with Microsoft, the Spotify application for Windows Phone is the seventh mobile app created by the Swedish company. According to the company on its official blog, Spotify is now available on a wide range of Windows Phone devices and this application is on more mobile devices than any other music service.

With Spotify for Windows Phone, users will be able to enjoy the entire available Spotify catalog, listen to their friends' playlists, play songs using Wi-Fi or 2.5/3G, enjoy playlists offline or enjoy of your favorite songs anywhere thanks to synchronization between your computer and mobile devices.

In order to enjoy the application on Windows Phone devices, it is necessary to have a Spotify Premium account. This account involves a monthly fee of 6,99 euros for the first six months and 9,99 euros for the following months.
