All small businesses, micro-businesses and self-employed people who meet the following requirements may benefit:

• Be considered a small business or microenterprise in accordance with the provisions of Annex I of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014, of June 17, 2014.
• Be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and retainers of the State Tax Administration Agency and have the minimum required seniority
• Not being considered a company in crisis
• Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
• Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission
• Not be subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003
• Not be subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003
• Do not exceed the de minimis aid limit in accordance with the provisions of article 2.3 of the regulatory bases.
• Comply with and guarantee the principle of not causing significant harm, contained in Regulation (EU) 2020/852
• Have the evaluation of the Digital Maturity Level, according to the diagnostic test available on the Acelera pyme platform

The aid received by the beneficiary will be declared as income received.

The Value Added Tax, the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax and the Tax on Production, Services and Imports incurred in the adoption of digitalization solutions are not considered eligible, so they must be paid by the beneficiary.

The type of subsidy is non-competitive (if you meet the requirements you can opt for aid, on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted) and is delivered in the form of a “voucher” that will be exchangeable for packages or digital solutions. The value of these bonuses ranges between €1.500 and €15.000, as we have seen in similar calls.

They are companies that, within their activities, provide services within the field of digital solutions. These companies have been approved by Red.es to offer their packages within the Digital Kit program.
