A study carried out a few days ago reveals that to defend our ideas online or to give our opinion on a specific topic, we use Twitter before Facebook. Zuckerberg's social network is usually used to spread relevant news or for anything related to "gossip." Furthermore, 8 out of 10 users of the blue bird social network recognize that its use is limited to defending an ideology of any kind and commenting on news subjectively.

This population analysis has been carried out in Canada but there are several experts who assure that the data managed in the country is comparable to those countries that manage similar rates of life and use of social networks.

This research further consolidates the growth and position in the sector of the leading company in microblogging services, as opposed to Facebook, which is working to convert its platform into a type of digital newspaper.
