Starting today, the application period for aid from the Digital Kit opens, which supports the digitalization of SMEs and the self-employed in all sectors.

The first call is aimed at Spanish companies with between 10 and 49 employees that request aid through the Red.es electronic headquarters, and will have the opportunity, in order of arrival of the applications, to obtain the award as long as there is sufficient credit.

The help of the Digital Kit in this first call has a budget of 500 million euros that will distribute digital bonuses of 12.000 euros to those companies that meet the required requirements.
To do this, it is necessary to submit an application within a maximum period of six months or until the funds run out.

The administration continues to maintain the “zero paper” system that has been designed to speed up the process using robotization and artificial intelligence tools through which help can be requested without providing any documentation, since it will be enough for the businessman to authorize Red .es to consult ex officio the requirements and obligations required to obtain beneficiary status.

In counterpoint, Red.es has been signing collaboration agreements with the General Council of Notaries, the College of Registrars, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the General Council of the Colleges of Administrative Managers of Spain to facilitate access to this information and also guarantee transparency and promote anti-fraud measures.

Who can process the help of the Digital Kit?

A novelty that this program also offers is that, once the aid is granted, the beneficiary company will not have to advance the monetary amount granted. It will be the digitizing agents who will be in charge of the justification procedures and those who receive the final payment of the digital bond.

  • You must have a small business, micro-business or self-employed person (up to 49 employees).
  • You must be up to date with your tax and Social Security payments.
  • You must register in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.
  • You do not have to incur any of the incompatibilities of the General Subsidies Law.
  • You should not be considered a company in crisis.
  • You must be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and have everything paid.
  • You cannot exceed the limit of minimum aid (small amounts).

  1. Register in Accelerate SME and perform the self-diagnosis test to check the level of digitalization of your company.
  2. You must consult the digital solutions catalog of the Digital Kit.
  3. Request the help of the Digital Kit at the Red.es electronic headquarters by completing the form.
  4. Choose the solution or solutions that best suit your business.
  5. Sign an agreement for the provision of Digital Solutions with the Digitizing Agents who will implement the solution.
