Emulift Ibérica is a family business that was founded in 1990, absorbing at that time the production and distribution of “Emulift”, the first emulsifier manufactured in Spain for use in desserts and ice creams.
Since its inception, the Company's activity was aimed at serving medium and small industrial and artisan pastry, bakery and ice cream shops throughout Spain, which are reached through a wide national network of local distributors.
DAYELET is the brand of Emulift Ibérica for the distribution and sale of its products on the web. DAYELET offers new presentations in containers adapted to the applications and consumption of private and professional clients who make all kinds of artisan desserts, both modern and traditional.
