Regarding the payment method, although direct payment by card continues to be the most common with 59,6%, PayPal is consolidating and its percentage now rises to 35,4%.
If we talk about shipments, we must take into account their importance when it comes to final customer satisfaction. The better developed a company's logistics process is, the more in its favor. Since the price of such shipments is considered an important barrier, it is essential to avoid delays or problems in the service if we want to prevent dissatisfaction from taking over our customers.
Precisely, to try to overcome that barrier, we find free shipping which, obviously, continues to lead the favorites ranking with 71,4%. They are followed in this classification by store collection, express home delivery and distribution center collection with 17,3%, 9,2% and 8,2% respectively.
