Normally, the applications on smartphones and technological devices that we use have a recreational and/or practical nature (music, videos, games, social networks...), but they can also help us lead a healthier life. These applications and devices can be used to track what happens in your body and the calories you burn throughout a day, for example.
Below we show you two of them:
1.- MyFitnessPal
The MyFitnessPal app is free and easy to use. You can add an inventory of your daily food intake and it automatically displays a complete calorie consumption report.
In addition, it is capable of scanning barcodes of food purchased in supermarkets or searching for dishes on the menus of restaurant chains.
MyFitnessPal is available in the iOS App Store for iPhones and iPads, and in the Google Play store for Android, Blackberry, and Windows 8 devices.
